Sweet Baby James

We had a doctor's appointment this morning which was filled with all sorts of exciting stuff. I had to take a Sugar Test to make sure that I don't have Gestational Diabetes, after that we got another ultrasound. This by far was the coolest one yet! The last time we saw him was when we found out he was a boy and to be honest he looked a bit like a little alien. This time however he looked like a baby! It was so awesome! The tech was able to tell me where certain body parts are, which explains the movements much more. He is already positioned head down which is great. They think he has been that way the whole time. While we were watching him he started playing with his feet and you could see him opening and closing his mouth. It was truly amazing. Manny thinks that he has my nose and feet. Not sure if that is good or bad. I personally think he will come out looking just like his Daddy. We were even able to look at all 4 chambers of his heart and listen to each one. The Doctor said that she is very pleased with his growth and that everything looks great! Her final words to me where "I'll see you in 2 weeks...Get ready cause it's about to start flying by"! On one hand I can't wait and on the other I want things to slow down. I can't wait to meet Sweet Baby James, but I want him to cook longer and there are a lot of things we need to do to prepare for his arrvial. So it's a good thing that we still have a little over 2 months left. :)
